Before you start
- Remember how you signed up: email and password, Google, Microsoft or Apple. The sign-up confirmation or welcome email shows the address you used.
Steps
- Use the same method as before. On the sign-in screen choose Continue with Google, Continue with Microsoft or Continue with Apple if that’s how you signed up, or enter your email and password and choose Continue.
- Reset your password if you use email: type your email, choose Forgot password?, and follow the link in the email.
- Confirm your email if you see “Email not confirmed”. Click the link in the confirmation email. See confirmation email not arriving.
- Allow pop-ups and cookies. Google, Microsoft and Apple sign-in open a window and return you to www.duetoday.ai/dashboard. Allow pop-ups and cookies for duetoday.ai in your browser settings.
- Try a private window or another browser to rule out an extension or saved data.
- Check the address. Make sure you’re on www.duetoday.ai.
Tips
- School or work Microsoft accounts may need your IT admin’s approval the first time. If you see an approval message, use a personal account or email sign-in instead.
- Stay signed in by not using a private window on your own device.
If something goes wrong
- “Invalid login credentials”. Wrong password, or the account uses Google, Microsoft or Apple. Try those buttons, or reset your password.
- “Email not confirmed”. Click the confirmation link first.
- The sign-in window opens and closes without signing me in. Allow pop-ups and third-party cookies, disable ad blockers for duetoday.ai, and try again.
- I signed in but see a trial or subscribe screen. You may be in a different account from the one with your subscription. Sign out and try your other sign-in method.
- Still stuck? Contact support with the email address you think you used.
