Before you start
- Plan needed: none. Creating an account is free. You can make one upload as a free preview before you need the trial.
- Decide which sign-in method you want to use long term. Using the same one every time avoids ending up with two accounts.
Steps
- Open the sign-up page. Go to www.duetoday.ai and choose to get started or sign up.
- Pick a sign-in method.
- Continue with Google, Continue with Microsoft or Continue with Apple: follow the prompts from that provider. You come back to your Duetoday dashboard when it’s done.
- Email: enter your email address, your name and a password (at least 6 characters), then choose Continue.
- Confirm your email (email sign-ups only). You’ll see a Check your email screen. Open the email from Duetoday and click the link inside. It opens your dashboard.
- Sign in next time. On the sign-in screen, choose the same method you used to sign up. For email, enter your email and password and choose Continue.
How to reset a forgotten password
- Go to the Duetoday sign-in screen.
- Type your email address in the Email box.
- Choose Forgot password? You’ll see “Password reset email sent!”
- Open the email and follow the link to choose a new password.
Tips
- Signing up from a friend’s invite link? Use that link to sign up so you both get a free month when you subscribe. See invite friends and earn free months.
- Apple’s “Hide My Email”. If you choose Continue with Apple and hide your email, Apple gives Duetoday a private relay address. Our emails are forwarded to your real inbox, but you must keep using Apple to sign in.
- Change your email or password later in Settings. See account settings.
If something goes wrong
- “Invalid login credentials”. The email or password is wrong, or the account was created with Google, Microsoft or Apple. Try that button instead, or reset your password.
- “Email not confirmed”. Click the link in the confirmation email first. If it never arrived, see confirmation email not arriving.
- The Google, Microsoft or Apple window closes or loops back. See sign-in problems.
