How Duetoday handles your privacy and data

Duetoday Help Centre · Updated

Short answer

Everything you upload to Duetoday is private by default and is not used to train AI models. Your notes, recordings and documents are visible only to you unless you choose to share them. For anything else about your data, read the privacy policy or email hello@duetoday.ai.

The short version

  • Private by default. Your uploads, recordings and notes are visible only to you.
  • Not used for training. Uploaded content is not used to train AI models.
  • You decide what to share. Sharing is something you turn on for a specific item.

Steps to keep your work private

  1. Keep items unshared unless you need to send them to someone.
  2. Check before sharing. When you share a note, deck or Canvas, anyone with the link can view it, so only send links to people you trust.
  3. Remove what you no longer need. Delete notes or recordings you do not want to keep.
  4. Use a strong password and sign out on shared or public computers.
  5. Contact us with questions about your data at hello@duetoday.ai.

Tips for recordings

  • Follow your institution’s rules on recording lectures and on using AI tools for study.
  • Avoid recording private conversations or people who have not agreed to be recorded.
