Plan your week with the study calendar

Short answer

Choose Study Calendar in the sidebar. Use Month, Week or Day view, choose the plus button to add a task, lecture, assignment, exam or study session, and Create recurring class to add your timetable. Ask AI about your calendar answers questions like 'When is my next exam?'. Connect Google Calendar in Settings to see those events too.

Before you start

  • Plan needed: the 7-day free trial or a subscription.

Steps

Add an event

  1. Choose Study Calendar in the sidebar.
  2. Choose the plus button (New event), or click a day.
  3. Type a title in “New event title”, pick the date and time, and choose an Event Type: Task, Lecture, Assignment, Exam, Due Date, Study Session, Reminder, Goal and more.
  4. Add a description or guests if you like, then save.

Add your class schedule

  1. Choose Create recurring class.
  2. Enter the class name (“Class name (e.g., Computer Science 101)”), the start date, the days under Repeat on Days, and the location.
  3. Choose Save. The class appears every week on those days.

Ask AI about your calendar

  1. Choose Ask AI about your calendar (marked Beta).
  2. Ask “What classes do I have today?”, “Show upcoming assignments” or “When is my next exam?”, or choose one of the suggestions.

Edit or delete an event

  1. Click the event. The panel on the right shows its details.
  2. Choose Edit event to change it, or Delete event to remove it.

Tips

  • Switch views with Month, Week and Day, and jump back with Today.
  • Plan spaced reviews as Study Session events. See spaced repetition.
  • Use Actions on a lecture event to record it or make flashcards straight from the calendar.

If something goes wrong

  • “Loading calendar…” doesn’t finish. Reload the page.
  • Google events don’t show. Check the connection under Settings, Connectors. Disconnect and connect again if needed.

Frequently asked questions

Can I add my class timetable once?

Yes. Choose Create recurring class (or Add Class Schedule), name the class, pick the start date, the days it repeats and the location, then Save.

Does it sync with Google Calendar?

Yes, once you connect Google Calendar under Settings, Connectors.

Can an event start a study tool?

Yes. Open an event and use Record Lecture, Generate Flashcards or Generate Practice Quiz under Actions.
